acv365 Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the acv365 platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to comply with them in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you") and acv365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

acv365 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the acv365 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

To register and maintain an account on acv365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Each individual may hold only one registered account on acv365. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. acv365 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the registration process or at any subsequent point during the membership lifecycle.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, address, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acv365 account credentials, including your username and password. acv365 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable any two-factor authentication or OTP verification options offered by the Platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.

acv365 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact acv365 support immediately via the live chat or email at [email protected].

All activity carried out on your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — will be deemed to have been carried out by you unless you have reported a security breach to acv365 prior to that activity taking place.

acv365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following approved payment channels:

• bKash — instant mobile money deposits and withdrawals
• Nagad — instant mobile money deposits and withdrawals
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service
• Upay — UCB mobile financial service

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and any applicable processing times will be displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. acv365 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond acv365's control.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation. acv365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the ownership of any payment method used.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of any applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. acv365 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any ongoing security checks. acv365 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

acv365 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if a KYC check cannot be completed to the Platform's satisfaction, or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity associated with the withdrawal request.

acv365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions that apply across all acv365 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the specific promotion. Unused bonus balances and any associated winnings will be voided upon expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
• acv365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.

Specific wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits while wagering a bonus, and other offer-specific conditions will be clearly stated on each individual promotion page. Members are strongly encouraged to read these conditions in full before opting in to any promotional offer.

All games available on the acv365 platform — including slots, live casino titles, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are made available within each game interface or betting market. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the acv365 platform:

• Use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, including in live casino or sports betting contexts.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information betting.
• Placing wagers that constitute money laundering or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Any behaviour designed to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in live table games.

acv365 reserves the right to void any wager, cancel any payout, or suspend any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that prohibited conduct has occurred. Decisions made by acv365 in respect of gameplay disputes, game malfunctions, and technical errors are final and binding. In the event of a system malfunction that affects game integrity, acv365 may void all bets placed during the affected period.

Sports betting odds and market availability are subject to change at any time prior to the closing of a market. acv365 accepts no liability for odds changes occurring between the time a member views a price and the time their bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed in the system are the odds that apply to that wager.

acv365 is committed to operating a safe, transparent platform and maintaining the highest standards of member verification. As part of this commitment, acv365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any member at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile banking account showing name and account number)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits are deemed unusually large or frequent

acv365 may impose a temporary hold on withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. Members are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays when submitting withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

All documents submitted to acv365 for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the acv365 Privacy Policy and are stored securely with access restricted to authorised personnel only. Documents will not be shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from acv365.
• Use any acv365 trademark, logo, or brand asset for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any external website without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of acv365 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acv365 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if acv365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failure, maintenance, or events beyond acv365's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, natural disasters, or acts of government).
• Any losses resulting from the use of third-party payment services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, where such losses arise from the policies or technical systems of those providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, statistics, or content displayed on the Platform that is found to contain errors or inaccuracies.

acv365's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit acv365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

acv365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against acv365 without legitimate grounds.
• Abuse of any promotional offer or bonus system.
• Use of prohibited betting strategies, software automation, or collusive play.
• At the request of the account holder through the self-exclusion process.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. acv365 is not obligated to return any funds where the account was closed due to fraud, money laundering, or serious breach of these Terms.

acv365 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on acv365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

acv365 will not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially transfer your personal data to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order, or where necessary to facilitate the payment processing services you use.

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the acv365 platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. acv365 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedies.

acv365 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in locations other than Bangladesh. Members who access the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

acv365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to payment conditions, bonus rules, or account termination procedures — acv365 will endeavour to notify active members via the email address registered to their account or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the acv365 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amended Terms take effect.
